On booking a treatment with gazelle mobile beauty, you must please make us aware or discuss any medical conditions or contra indications with your therapist and at time of your booking. This is very important as certain treatments cannot be performed or may have to be adapted in some ways.
On the day of your appointment, your therapist will go through a consultation with you, and also ask of any contraindications you may have. If the client is under the age of 16, a parent, or guardian must approve of the appointment.
Gazelle Mobile Beauty will please require a 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All appointments will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Please note that we charge a cancellation fee of 50% on the full service value if an appointment is cancelled or reschedule less than 12 hours.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated. They are non refundable. Please have your gift voucher with you for the appointment. The cancellation policy still applies to gift vouchers, 50% of the treatment price will be redeemed from your voucher
Mobile Beauty Etiquette
Gazelle mobile Beauty therapist will arrive 15 minutes before the start of your treatment. This allows the therapist to set up, prepare for treatment and complete a consultation card in order to ensure your treatment is personally tailored to your requirements.
After all individual beauty services, your beauty therapist will give you the recommended aftercare advice on any home care and products needed to maintain and enhance the benefits of your treatment.
Please note as a courtesy to all our clients, prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Treatments, which start late, will finish at the appointed time so as not to cause inconveniences to other clients.

Monday-Saturday 7am – 9pm and on Sunday 8am – 8pm
All bookings are available from 7am up on till the last appointment that should end at 10pm. If you require any bookings outside these openings hours please let us know well in advance. We do not charge but there will be a $20/N6,000 charge if you live in the congestion areas and require our service during congestion charging times.

We follow a tight security procedure as required under UK Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998) to protect the information that we store about you from you and store only data that is necessary.
